They confirmed that my purchase was a true one-time payment, with no subscription required, which is a big win in a market flooded with recurring fees. Even better, I was told that the version I purchased five years ago is still eligible for an upgrade at no additional cost. That kind of long-term value and respect for customers isn’t something you see often anymore.

“I use the Karaoki program. It is a great format and easy to use. When I first got it I received an email with contact information if I had any questions. When you call the phone number you get someone every time. I have shown some of my friends the program and they have switched from what they have to this.
