I select the tracks, and tell it to retrieve. All seems fine till it has completed and then says unable to buffer, download failed.
Steven, any tracks in particular that aren’t downloading for you? I just tried 3 from the list including “High School Musical 2 – Fabulous” (completely random selection, honest!) and they downloaded/completed correctly. Please let us know!
All tracks, the whole recent update. Last week There was a update by mistake, it downloaded the file names but not the music (i contacted support via facebook and they explained it was a fault) But the new update wont even show the file name in the explorer folder and the tracks are still KCP
Steven, we just tested and have no issues downloading available songs here right now (didn’t download all, but tried about 20 of the latest and they downloaded properly and immediately). Are you sure you’re manually retrieving the songs? Remember, newly added songs do not download automatically, you have to retrieve them manually (highlight all songs and right-click ‘retrieve tracks’). I checked our support logs and we’re not seeing any reported issues with Karaoki Version 0.8.6268 and Karaoke Cloud Pro.
Can you give me one song example that fails to download when you retrieve it? I will test that song specifically here!
