Hi, I m a new Karaoke and DJ bussiness. I. Would like to know more for the KARAOKE on Cloud . Can I download from KARAOKE and DJ music to my laptop hard drive for local use?
Hello Kevin, and thanks for your interest in PCDJ!
So it’s clear, PCDJ Karaoki (our karaoke software) has the built in subscription option for Karaoke Cloud Pro. You log in through the software, and access the list of available songs. You NEVER stream! You are downloading the files to your computer for offline use. It IS a tethering system however, which means every 30 days (on or up to three days after your billing date) you have to connect your computer and Sync (by simply logging back in) to allow the files to remain playable.
So it’s a “rental” system, but 100% legal for commercial use. Karaoki (our karaoke software) does have a built in background music player so if you subscriber to our iDJPool service or have your own music files, you can import them into a background music playlist (case) for automatic filler music in between singers and sets.
