In order to better serve our customers all technical support issues will be done through this form.
Please fill out all fields and we will respond to your inquiry in the order it is received.
95% of most issues can be solved over email or can be found in our Software Support Section or the F.A.Q. Section.

We are now offering phone support via scheduled appointments only. We have put this policy in place to assure you receive our full attention to better serve you.
If you do not find a solution in the Software Support Section or the F.A.Q. Section, please complete this support form below and submit it. You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket. If you do not receive an email confirmation then check your spam or junk folder to see if it was place in there. We will contact you soon after with a resolution or if you are within your 30 day warranty and if the issue warrants telephone support we will schedule a time for a phone call. You must be in front of the machine having issues
and if possible be connected to the internet in case we need to remote desktop in. Please do not call the sales department looking for technical support as they will refer you back to this page.
